A History of Convening
When Winthrop Rockefeller moved to the top of Petit Jean Mountain in 1953, he brought with him what we call the Rockefeller Ethic — a belief that collaborative, deliberate action allows people to solve problems and create new opportunities together.
Today, we continue that legacy by supporting groups who embrace imaginative thinking and work toward transformational change for Arkansas and beyond.

We have just the thing — a mountaintop retreat! The Winthrop Rockefeller Retreat is perfect for groups of up to 10. All retreat attendees are in a private building with a communal kitchen, living room, patio, and no other guests.
