Explore comfortable, convenient overnight lodging options that enhance your conference, workshop, or retreat experience. The Institute offers a range of accommodations — from on‑campus guest rooms to spacious three‑bedroom houses in the Pines — each providing its own unique atmosphere.

Please note: We do not offer accommodations to leisure guests. Everyone must be a registered participant of an official Institute event.


President’s Lodge

The President’s Lodge features 30 well‑appointed guest rooms along with a stunning Great Room — an ideal setting for receptions, gatherings, or informal networking during your stay.

Meadows

The Meadows offers 25 comfortable lodging rooms, each furnished with a queen‑size bed. Two suites include a dedicated living area for added comfort.

This building also houses the Stables, a flexible meeting room and facilitation space that seats up to 88 people and opens onto a brick patio and fire pit — perfect for relaxed evening conversations.

Orchard

The Orchard, home to the popular Winthrop Rockefeller Retreat, provides a welcoming, historic setting for small groups. This self‑contained lodging facility includes shared spaces such as a common kitchen, cozy living room, and sun‑filled porch.

Studio

The Studio offers a limited number of lodging rooms but makes up for it with incredible panoramic views of the Arkansas River Valley. It also includes a dedicated meeting space that helps groups focus on meaningful work in a peaceful environment.

The Grove Apartments

The Grove Apartments feature eight fully furnished units (four one‑bedroom and four two‑bedroom options), with each bedroom equipped with a queen‑size bed. Every apartment includes:

  • Dishwasher
  • Washing machine and dryer

Ideal for guests seeking extended‑stay convenience or added privacy.
