Soulful Sounds and Celebration: RSVP for Oct. 18!

By Brittany Reese

Two decades. One unforgettable night.

Join us atop Petit Jean Mountain on Saturday, October 18, from 6:30 to 9 p.m. for a party celebrating 20 years of convening and collaboration. Enjoy live music, bold flavors, and breathtaking views. Doors open at 6 p.m.

An evening featuring the Rodney Block Collective live on stage and a curated spread of hors d’oeuvres from our executive chef, Austin Bond, awaits. We will also have specialty-themed beverages throughout the night.

This will be a night to honor bold ideas and lasting impact brought to life at the Institute. It will also celebrate the vision of Winthrop Rockefeller and the many partners, guests, and changemakers who helped turn inspiration into transformational change.

Julia Dossett Morgan

Chief Advancement Officer

“We welcome businesses and organizations doing important work every day at the Institute, and our hospitality is second-to-none for those groups. However, we rarely have the opportunity to host a full-blown party and invite all our guests, partners, and supporters up to the mountain with only one item on the agenda: have fun! Having fun is one of our core values, and the Institute’s 20th anniversary is the perfect time to embrace that value and live it to the max.”

Need a room? Guests attending the evening celebration are invited to book overnight lodging. Please complete the Eventbrite registration to secure your event tickets and then call the front desk at (501) 727-5435 to book and pay for your lodging room.

Tickets for this event are $50 and can be purchased online at wrinst.org/2025

Guests can expect flavors as rich and layered as the transformation we’re celebrating. The hors d’oeuvres menu includes:

  • Assorted skewers (antipasto, caprese, prosciutto and melon, etc.)
  • Bacon-wrapped dates
  • Korean meatballs
  • Falafel fritters
  • Assorted canapes
  • Fruit display
  • Mini assorted tartlets
  • Cheesecake bites
  • Vegan carrot cake

Indulge at our slider station, where the spirit of a traditional carving station meets the fun of gourmet miniatures. This interactive setup invites guests to meet our chef, who will craft delicious creations from a lineup of beef, pork, and chicken. Each protein is served hot and ready to be tucked into buns, with a spread of toppings and sauces that let you mix, match, and make it your own!

It’s not a party without you, so make sure your name is on the guest list! RSVP by Thursday, October 9, to join us for an evening of music, flavor, and community. Reserve your spot at wrinst.org/2025.

We can’t wait to see you here!
