Winthrop Rockefeller led a very interesting life, whether he was working in the oil fields as a roustabout, living only on what he earned, or later navigating the world of politics and acting as the Governor of Arkansas. Regardless of his position at the time, he found a way to adjust and work well with the people around him. That is one of the goals the we hope to accomplish with the Dynamic Development: Type to Team workshop — that each participant can learn more about themselves and those around them in order to improve personal interactions and to accomplish more as a team.

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) has been administered by professionals worldwide for decades. The ability to better understand one’s innate preferences is powerful. Perhaps even more powerful is understanding the innate personality preferences of those around you, especially in a work setting. In this training workshop, your team will learn how to significantly improve their work-related performance and professional relationships so that they can continue working together effectively.

Each participant will be given the opportunity to take the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® assessment prior to the workshop, which provides critical insight into core aspects of how each of us makes decisions, strategizes, and uses information. This allows team members to be aware and tolerant of differences, and how to leverage those differences as a force for good.

Participants will walk away from our Dynamic Development: From Type to Team training workshop with the knowledge of how to interact and communicate as a team in a more effective way.
