People in rural communities not only here in Arkansas, but across the entire southern region are facing some of the greatest challenges to their livelihoods in generations.

As Director of Human Resources, Jennifer Pipes has been instrumental in the Institute’s handling of the COVID-19 pandemic.

“I think that in another 15 years, without question, the Institute will be sought by the region for collaboratively solving programs around complex issues,” Loyd said. “It’s already happening.”

For us, meetings are both a form of art and an incredibly powerful tool for creating solutions. We don’t assist people in communicating decisions, we lead them to co-create them.

What makes Rockefeller stand out was his role as a major political figure in Arkansas who did his best to listen and help.
